Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
This policy describes how DoubleX handles personal data on this page (doublex.ai), which presents Cortex Agro and lets you book a conversation with our team. It covers this page only; other DoubleX systems have their own notices.
Who the controller is
DoubleX is the controller of the data processed on this page. To exercise your rights, ask about this policy, or reach our data protection contact, use our official WhatsApp +55 16 99999-9999.
What data we process
Browsing data: IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed, chosen language, browser and device type. These are logged automatically by the server and the security layer, and used to operate the page and detect abuse.
Usage analytics: pages and sections viewed, button clicks, video start and progress, and language. These are collected from your first visit and stop being identifiable if you decline in the cookie notice.
Booking data: if you schedule a meeting through the embedded calendar, you provide your name, email, and whatever else the HubSpot form requests. That data goes directly to HubSpot and is used to hold the meeting and follow up commercially.
This page has no form of its own and stores no data in your browser beyond your cookie choice.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google Analytics 4 (Consent Mode v2) and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and advertising cookies (_fbp) are active from your first visit, and the notice shown on the page lets you decline at any time. On declining, GA4 switches to denied mode and the Meta Pixel is revoked: both stop setting cookies.
Your choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage, key dx-consent) and is not sent to anyone. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser — the notice will reappear.
The Meta Pixel records your page visit, calendar opening, and booking confirmation, and lets DoubleX measure campaigns and show ads to similar audiences on Meta's platforms. The HubSpot calendar and Cloudflare's security layer may set their own cookies, necessary for functionality and abuse protection.
Who we share with
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — campaign measurement and advertising audiences, via the Meta Pixel.
Google (Google Analytics 4) — usage measurement, only with your consent.
HubSpot — meeting scheduling and commercial contact management.
Google Cloud — page hosting (us-central1 region, United States).
Cloudflare — content delivery, caching, and security.
These providers process data under their own policies. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
International transfer
This page is hosted in the United States and the providers above operate globally. By using the page, your data may be processed outside your country, under the contractual safeguards those providers offer.
